Introducing The Standard

When we researched historical examples, we were surprised by how optimized the KZ 1029 and KZ 1030 examples are for competitive fencing. We've made a safe fechtschwert (fencing sword) with incredibly light handling and flex. Because of historically inspired geometry, it stays rigid without flopping during movements and has strong bind presence.

We have plans to design and produce a sabre, rapier, and blunt longsword, as well as additional customization options. We spend considerable time researching and designing our swords and appreciate your patience as we expand our product line.

Stay tuned! For now we are prioritizing the design of our initial line of products, but we plan to take custom orders in the future.

We heat treat our swords in house. Each one is quench hardened and double tempered to achieve consistent hardness and optimized toughness.

Our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which we recommend reading before purchase.
